About Me:

Howdy! My name is Chris Mathews and I am a photographer from Dayton, Ohio. I have been shooting for about 6 years. I work full time in the Commercial Photography field, but I shoot whatever tickles me after that.

Having that kind of freedom to work on personal projects has made me appreciate photography more and has allowed me to avoid the ever dreaded burn out.

What else? Well, I grew up skateboarding, and my style and attitude show that. I also really enjoy running, and wish I had started it sooner.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot my wonderful fiancé, Kristie Pierce. She really truly means everything to me and totally deserves more than just a paragraph in my blog, but this will have to do for the moment. Thanks for all the support!
